Our pressurised tipping silo trailers carry granular and powdered products, mainly plastics and mineral powders. For containers and swap bodies we use dedicated chassis reserved for discharging plastic granules.

How we work
- Loading and sealingThe silo is loaded through the top hatches and closed with a TIR cable for hermetic sealing.
- Pneumatic dischargeTipping up to 40° and discharge at 1 bar: the air goes through a micron filter and is cooled by the intercooler.
- Cleaning and certificateAfter every trip we thoroughly clean silo, hoses, bends and fittings and issue a cleaning and fitness-to-load certificate.

Do you issue a cleaning certificate?
Yes. For every trip we issue a cleaning and fitness-to-load certificate, which can travel with the transport documents if the customer asks.
What capacity are your silo trailers?

Can you discharge lined containers?
Yes: lined containers and swap bodies, hopper containers with gravity discharge and bulk containers with pressure discharge, in 20', 30' and 40' sizes.
Where do you operate?
We work in the Italian market, with a particular focus on intermodal traffic and goods arriving at ports.
How much does a silo trailer carry?
Our silo trailers have a volume of 56, 60 or 62 m³. The payload depends on the product’s density and on Italian road weight limits.
Why the micron filter and intercooler?
The micron filter cleans the air that touches the product during discharge; the intercooler cools it so the granules are not heated.
